Upper Body Massages offered for Tour De Corn Participants

It is generally recommended that you cool off and relax before eating a meal after a strenuous workout, so why take the time to get a massage after your bike ride?

Massages improve blood flow and benefit muscle recovery by preventing soreness, muscle spasms and tension headaches.

What will be offered:

** 15 minute chair massage including:  back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. I will use relaxation techniques to loosen your muscles and prevent a tension headache.    $15.00

**15 minute hot stone chair massage including: a cooling massage lotion (massaging same as #1), but I add warm stones to soothe muscles, then I follow up with more cooling massage lotion. I know if your hot, it sounds crazy but once you come inside and cool down, it is the ultimate treat.     $20.00

**An “after sun” skin gel will also be available in case of sun burns.
